Health Care Reform Watch

Jun 18, 2019

A Message From the Editor

A couple of legal updates to start the week. First, in a move that will surprise no one, drugmakers are suing to stop the implementation of a rule that would require price disclosures in TV ads for drugs. In the second, lawyers are aiming to give cities, counties and other small-government entities involved in the multitude of opioid lawsuits a more powerful voice by bringing them together in one expansive class.
