A Message From the Editor

According to a new report from beqom, more than half of U.S. employees believe their workplace has an issue with gender pay gaps, which is a 121% increase since 2019. Many workers are skeptical of their company's efforts to close the gap. A possible solution to this problem is employers proactively building pay equity and increasing transparency within the company.
