A Message From the Editor

Several stories on Capitol Hill this week should catch the eye of benefits professionals. First, a resolution supported by the House Education and Workforce Committee could impact association health plans and overturn a Biden administration regulation. Meanwhile, the American Benefits Council told House members that Congress should help employers fight state efforts to weaken ERISA provisions that help standardize the rules for employers' self-funded health plans. And Walgreens, Steward, and UnitedHealth all made headlines this week, as well.
